Certification of the origin, annual or monthly amount of the pension or retirement received by the applicant, issued by the competent authority of the country where the pension originates, by the International Organization, Public or Private Company in which he rendered his services or that pays him the pension duly authenticated or apostilled

Resolution of the Technical Committee of the Nicaraguan Institute of Tourism (INTUR) where the status of retired or pensioner is ratified

This request must be submitted to the Nicaraguan Institute of Tourism (INTUR)

Exceptionally, additional documentation may be requested. (Article 63, numeral 7 of the Regulation to Law 761, General Migration and Aliens Act)

You need a passport valid for at least 6 months

You need income equivalent to at least $600 a month from Social Security or a pension

Copy of a formal declaration of responsibility, previously issued or sent by the legal representative of the company to the competent territorial division of labor - Labor inspection service, with which you indicate, what ratio conferred, even if contractually, with the foreign citizen who will social charge (of administration or control in the company), no employment relationship will be established

Declaration of the legal representative of the company that assures in favor of the applicant a fee exceeding the minimum level required by law for exemption from participation in health care expenses (€ 8.400)

Proof of availability of availability of suitable accommodation, demonstrable according to one of the following methods: contract for the purchase or lease of a property; declaration made pursuant to articles 2 and 4 of the law 4.1.1968, n.15; declaration made pursuant to the same rules by an Italian or foreign citizen legally residing in Italy, stating that he has made available to the applicant a suitable accommodation, corresponding to the minimum parameters provided for by the regional law for public housing

An income, from legitimate sources, of an amount above the minimum level required by law for exemption from participation in health care expenditure (8,400). This minimum income requirement is satisfied in the presence of documentation that certifies the achievement, in the country of residence, of a similar income for the year preceding the visa application, or in the presence of the declaration provided for in point 7

You must be a self-employed person with an established business abroad and have entered into a contract to carry out an assignment for a business in Norway.

The business in Norway must have a registered business address here.

The offer of an assignment must be for one specific enterprise in Norway.

Your remuneration must be of normal Norway standards

Your qualifications as a skilled worker must be relevant to your ability to complete the assignment.

If you are going to carry out an assignment in an occupation for which recognition or authorization is required, you must obtain such approval or authorization.

You must have education/ qualification according to nature of the job offered: a completed vocational training programme of at least three years at upper secondary school level, or completed education or degree from a university/ university college or special qualifications that you have obtained through long work experience, if relevant in combination with courses etc

You must know your rights and obligations and must pay the application fee

A medical insurance valid for the EU member states for the whole period of the trip, covering all costs for repatriation and for urgent medical care and emergency hospital treatment for the period of the stay indicated in the visa. The insurance amount cannot be less than 30 thousand euro

Applicant must meet the right of residency condition . If the applicant does not have this right, they must apply for it with the diplomatic or consular post at the same time as they request their professional card.

Applicant must comply with regulatory obligations relating to access to the profession, specific authorisations (approvals, licences, etc.) required to carry out this activity.

Original Letter from a financial institution in Cyprus (Bank, Coop) of a deposit of €30.000, pledged for three years.

Title of ownership or contract of sale of a built property in Cyprus of a minimum market  value of €300.000 (original or true copy).  If the title of ownership has not been obtained yet, the applicant must submit the contract of sale duly stamped by the Stamps Commissioner and the Department of Lands & Surveys and proof of payment for at least €200.000

The amounts paid for the property must be proven to have been transferred to Cyprus from abroad.

Official Statements by the applicant and his/her spouse that they do not intent to undertake any sort of employment in Cyprus.

You must have capital of adequate funds. 

Applicant must deposit a minimum capital of €30.000 into an account, which will be pledged for a period of at least three years.

Applicant must prove that he/she has at his/her disposal a secure annual income of at least €30.000

Applicant should submit, together with the application, title deeds or a sale contract in his/her name and/or his/her spouse, which has been officially filed at the Department of Lands and Surveys, of a real estate, of total market value of at least €300.000 (V.A.T. is not included therein) and official payment receipts of at least €200.000 (excluding V.A.T.)
