You must hold a return ticket or sufficient financial resources to cover its costs

You must have sufficient financial resources to cover expenses for duration of the stay

You must have adequate health insurance in Slovenia

Documents of establishing and registering company in Slovenia

Documents of investment amount in fixed assets

Copies of valid valid travel health insurance 

Copies of clean criminal record from the country of origin or place of residence

Copies of proof of sufficient funds for example: Bank statements etc

All the required documents should be translated in Slovenian

You need a valid for at least three months after the intended stay in Slovenia

You need to establish and register a company in Slovenia

You need to invest an amount to at least 50.000 euro in fixed assets

You will employ a slovenian or EU-national for at least 6 months

Your company must company must produce a minimum of 10.000 euro turnover in 6 months

You need a valid travel health insurance of at least 30,000 Euros

You need a clean criminal record from the country of origin or place of residence

You need sufficient means of subsistence 

Copy of contract signed by you and the employer 

Copies of  valid travel health insurance 

You need a work contract with an employer in Slovenia for seasonal work

Enrollment letter from the educational institute

You need to enroll in an educational institute in Slovenia

You need sufficient means of subsistence in a monthly amount at least equal to the basic minimal income in the Republic of Slovenia (approx. €290)

You need a valid travel health insurance of minimum 30,000 Euros
