Complete application form and registration form

Present a certificate of good life and morals of his country and the municipality of residence (less than 3 months old) 

Present a certificate of residence issued by the municipality of residence (less than 3 months old) 

Present the original and copy of the consular or registration certificate 

National Identification Number (Nat. Id.)

Proof of regularity (vis-à-vis) the tax authorities

Proof of affiliation to the INPP, INSS and a recognized employers' union in the DRC (eg FEC, COPEMECO, FENAPEC, etc.)

Proof of working capital in a local bank (bank account statement) 

You must hold a valid passport (at least six months) 

You must obtain the international vaccination card

You must have sufficient financial means to cover your stay in DRC

You should have stayed in DRC for atleast 6 months before applying for this visa

You must have all evidences from the tax authorities

Additional requirements might be present on case basis

Include four recent passport size photos 

Present an international vaccination card. Usually can be obtained in your country or in DR Congo

Present a character certificate of your country or the municipality of residence (less than 3 months old) 

Present a certificate of residence issued by the municipality of residence (less than 3 months old). This could be in Congo. 

Present the original and copy of the consular or registration certificate

Bank Statement to proof your financial stability last 6 months. 

Attach an approval letter from the Director General of Migration 

If applicable, attach the Interministerial Project Approval Order

• Have regularly visited the DRC without interruption for at least 15 years. This is for visitors. Residents can apply after 5 years. 

You need to request the approval from the Directorate General of Migration

You must show the financial stability or means to support yourself.

You must be performing agricultural, liberal, commercial or industrial activities

You must be regularly paying taxes (only residents)

Work contract approved by the National Employment Office 

You must have income matching to DRC standards

You must have a work contract approved by the National Employment Office 

You must be able to provide a certificate of service
