Passport or travel document with validity of not less than 6 months

Visa application form completed and signed

Recent passport-sized photograph (4 x 6 cm) of the applicant taken within the past 6 months

Evidence of adequate finance (20,000 Baht per person and 40,000 Baht per family)

Letter of approval from the Ministry of Labour.  To obtain this letter, the applicant’s prospective employer in Thailand is required to submit Form WP3 at the Office of Foreign Workers Administration, Department of Employment, Ministry of Labour

Copy of Work Permit issued by the Ministry of Labour and alien income tax or Por Ngor Dor 91 (only in the case where applicant has previously worked in Thailand)

Other documents may be present and will be provided to you, by your employer

You must have a job contract from a Thailand employer

You must have Letter of approval from the Ministry of Labour, which will be obtained by your employer

You must have a valid passport or travel document, not less than 6 months of validity

You must show evidence of enough funds (20,000 Baht per person and 40,000 Baht per family) at the time of application

You must of good health and character and be able to provide evidence, if required

You should have the qualifications and professional experience for the job offered, as applicable

Completed APPLICATION FORM FOR QUALIFICATION ENDORSEMENT FOR SMART VISA "I"

Criminal record certificate, not than 3 months old, issued by the country of which the applicant is a national and a permanent resident

Medical certificate issued from the county of which the applicant is a national or a permanenresident or where the application is submitted, showing no prohibited diseases (Leprosy, Tuberculosis, drug addiction, Elephantiasis, third phase of Syphilis) as indicated in the Ministerial Regulation No. 14 B.E. 2535

Police clearance certificate from the county of which the applicant is a national or from the Royal Thai Police in case that the applicant stays in Thailand

Copy of certificate of incorporation, memorandum of association and company registration certificate in Thailand (not more than 3 months old)

Company's annual report, brochures and catalogs (if any)

Copy of shareholder list (not more than 3 months old) or other evidence showing individual investment of not less than 20 million Baht

Copy of latest audited corporate's annual financial statement

Power of attorney if the application submitted by representative

Applicant must invest not less than 20 million Baht

Applicant must invest in technology-based companies in targeted industries

Applicant must have clean criminal record

Applicant must have valid travel documents

Documents showing correspondence with business partners in Thailand

Evidence of financial status in the case where the applicant is self-employed

Letter of invitation from trading or associated partners/companies in Thailand

Corporate documents of associated partners/companies in Thailand such as: business registration and business license; list of shareholders; company profile; details of business operation; balance sheet; statement of Income Tax and Business Tax (Por Ngor Dor 50 and Por Ngor Dor 30) of the latest year ;value-added tax registration (Por Por 20)

Copies of company documents must be signed by the Board of Directors or authorised managing director and affix seal of company

Additional documents may be requested as and when necessary. In the absence of a required document, applicant must provide a letter explaining the unavailability of such document

Applicant must have valid passport or travel document

Applicant must have adequate finances to stay in Thailand

Applicant must have letter from the company indicating the applicant position, length of employment, salary and purpose of visit(s) to Thailand

Applicant must have travel health insurance
