Applicant must have place of accommodation in Cyprus

Valid travel document, with duration validity of at least 2 years or with duration validity that covers the total duration of stay

medical expenses insurance (all risks coverage)

Duly certified copy of passport or other travel document, with a validity of at least the expected duration of the program

Original medical examinations for Hepatitis B and C, AIDS/HIV, Syphilis and report of chest X-ray for Tuberculosis from Cyprus stamped and signed by government doctor with validity of four months

Confirmation that the applicant will participate in introductory classes to the language, history, political and social structures of the Republic of Cyprus

Copy of the Agreement between the applicant and the Organization which is responsible for the volunteer work program

Duly certified copy of criminal record issued by the relevant authorities of the country of origin officially translation in Greek or English

Applicant must not be younger than 18 years old nor older than 30 years old, unless the voluntary service programme defines different ages

Applicant must adduce the agreement with the competent for the voluntary service programme organization, which must encompass: description of tasks, the working hours, resources that will be allocated to cover travel expenses, living expenses, accommodation costs and pocket money for the entire duration of the stay, as well as description of the training to be followed, in order to ensure that the person concerned will correctly carry out the entrusted tasks

Applicant must adduce evidence that the competent for the voluntary service programme organization has concluded a liability insurance contract and accepts full responsibility of the person concerned throughout the duration of the stay 

Applicant must attend basic introductory language courses and courses in relation to the history of Cyprus and its political and social structures

The application must be accompanied by a Business Plan indicating, inter alia, all the office locations the enterprise is planning to operate in Cyprus and how many employees the enterprise will recruit.

Submit a short CV along with application 

An undergraduate degree or an equivalent professional title must be attached with application, duly translated and certified

Proof of a very good knowledge of Greek or English language

A copy of a valid passport or other travel document of the applicant, with a validity covering at least two (2) years before the date of application

Bank account statements providing that the applicant has access to €50.000

Copies recent audited accounts, In the case of an existing enterprise

Applicant must be only founder and meets the requirements

Applicant must have access to €50.000, which may include venture capital funding, crowdfunding or other sources of funding

Applicant must hold an undergraduate degree or an equivalent professional qualification

Applicant must have very good knowledge of the Greek and / or English language.

Duly certified copy of passport or other travel document, with a validity of at least the expected duration of studies

In cases of minors, duly certified parental approval of the suggested residence, with official translation in Greek or English

Duly certified copy of criminal record from the official authorities of the country of residence with official translation in Greek or English

Duly certified original medical examinations for Hepatitis B and C, AIDS/HIV, Syphilis and report of chest X-ray for Tuberculosis from country of origin with validity of four months

Acceptance letter from an Educational Institution, in order to register to a program of studies, including a description of the specific program of studies and its duration

Receipt of payment of registration fees to the Educational Institution

Duly certified copy of confirmation letter from a Banking Institution in his country of residence, of his financial ability to cover tuition fees, living and repatriation expenses or duly certified confirmation letter of scholarship, issued by the awarding institution, if this is in his country of residence

Application Form M58 thoroughly completed and signed

Applicant must be enrolled in a university or college in Cyprus

Applicant must have valid travel document

Applicant must have clean criminal record

Applicant must pay registration fee of Educational Institute

Applicant must have sufficient mean of subsistence to live in cyprus

Valid Travel Document, the validity of which should at least cover the duration of the residence permit

Duly certified copy of Criminal Record issued by the relevant authorities of the country of origin officially translated in Greek or English

Hosting Agreement signed between the Research Organization and the applicant

Statement of financial responsibility for the applicant issued by the Research Organization in accordance with section (4) article 18XB of the Law. (L.29(I)/2009)

Receipt of payment of €100(USD$115) for the application fees

Applicant must have valid travel documents

Applicant should not have any criminal record

Applicant should have hosting agreement from research organization

Copy of valid passport of the applicant and dependents.

Original Letter from a financial institution in Cyprus (Bank, Coop) of a deposit of €30.000, pledged for three years.

Title of ownership or contract of sale of a built property in Cyprus of a minimum market  value of €300.000 (original or true copy).  If the title of ownership has not been obtained yet, the applicant must submit the contract of sale duly stamped by the Stamps Commissioner and the Department of Lands & Surveys and proof of payment for at least €200.000

The amounts paid for the property must be proven to have been transferred to Cyprus from abroad.

Official Statements by the applicant and his/her spouse that they do not intent to undertake any sort of employment in Cyprus.

Health Insurance Policy for the applicant and his/her dependants

Marriage Certificate duly certified (official and certified translation)

Children’s Birth Certificates duly certified (official and certified translation).

You must have capital of adequate funds. 

Applicant must deposit a minimum capital of €30.000 into an account, which will be pledged for a period of at least three years.

Applicant must prove that he/she has at his/her disposal a secure annual income of at least €30.000

Applicant should submit, together with the application, title deeds or a sale contract in his/her name and/or his/her spouse, which has been officially filed at the Department of Lands and Surveys, of a real estate, of total market value of at least €300.000 (V.A.T. is not included therein) and official payment receipts of at least €200.000 (excluding V.A.T.)

Applicant must have Health Insurance Policy for the applicant and dependants

Application Form M127 fully completed and signed before a Registrar of a Cypriot court or a consular officer 

 Certificate of Clean Criminal Record from the country of origin and the country of residence 

Marriage Certificate/ Civil Partnership Certificate 

 Copy of Residence Permit in the Republic of Cyprus. If the applicant does not already hold a residence permit, he/she may apply for an immigration permit on the basis of Regulation 6 (2) of the Aliens and Immigration Law, simultaneously with the application for naturalization. 

FINANCIAL DOCUMENTS : Certificate of Registration of the company, Certificate of shareholders by the Registrar of Companies , Audited accounts of the company (or companies) for the last three years

Title/Titles and other relevant documents of the financial assets / units purchased  Copy of the wire transfer to a Cypriot commercial banking institution in the name of the company or the organization  

Applicant must buy units of at least €2,0 million from alternative investment funds (AIF) established in the Republic of Cyprus

Units must be licensed and supervised by the CySec and investments are made exclusively in the Republic of Cyprus, in investments that meet the criteria of this Scheme or in areas approved by the Minister of Finance.

The investments that meet the criteria of the current Scheme will be kept for at least three years, the manager or the auditor of the Fund shall inform in writing and on an annual basis, the Ministries of Finance and Interior with reference to the value of the initial investment.
