A completed and signed visa application form

Copy of passport/travel document with blank pages for the visa and which is valid for more than 12 months 

 An attestation of registration as a regular student in higher education delivered by an educational establishment organized, recognized or subsidized by the public authorities

If applicant is following part-time education, proof that the said education is to be the principal activity and a preparation for or complement to full-time education (detailed study plan and supporting letter)

If applicant is following a preparatory year ahead of higher education, proof of the preparatory character of the education with regard to the higher education studies envisaged (detailed study plan, supporting letter and, where possible, an attestation by the relevant higher education establishment authorizing the taking of registrations at the end of the preparatory year

Education certificates like secondary school (high school) end of studies diploma, Bachelor’s degree or Masters degree, alongside a transcript of your grades

Proof that you are the recipient of a grant or proof of independent financial means of support

A medical certificate and Police certificate

You must have a written confirmation from your chosen higher education institution

You must have sufficient financial means to support your studies and stay in Belgium

Cover page that provides an overview of all means of proof that you have added to your application form

Certificate of good conduct and moral code or extract from the criminal record in your name (maximum 6 months old), delivered by the government of the country where you currently reside

Prove that the application fee of 140 euros was paid

Copy of your residence permit, for the country where you submit your application

Full CV and evidence of relevant work experience (eg reference letters or recommendations, pay slips, copies of employment contracts, ....)

Proof of income for the past 12 months (eg payslips, tax returns, bank statements, ....)

Prove that your enterprise entrepreneurial skills can prove or exempted, for example by means of an extract from the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises, a statement of recognized enterprise counter , A copy of a degree (if relevant to the business skills)

Motivation letter in which at least discuss the following topics: Project summary: Your knowledge of Dutch or the effort of willing to make to this: h income you personally expect to gain from the proposed etc

Applicant must meet the right of residency condition . If the applicant does not have this right, they must apply for it with the diplomatic or consular post at the same time as they request their professional card.

Applicant must comply with regulatory obligations relating to access to the profession, specific authorisations (approvals, licences, etc.) required to carry out this activity. 

This relevance is measured in terms of economic utility for Belgium, i.e.: Useful investments; Response to an economic need; Jobs creation; Economic benefits for companies located in Belgium; New opportunities for exports, innovation or specialization. Detailed description of the project; Skills and experience of the applicants;

Visa application form, completed and signed

Copies of valid passport (like the bio page, past visas, etc)

Proof of sufficient means of subsistence, eg. bank statements of minimum 2.500 EUR

Copies of travel health insurance for the period of your stay 

A duly authenticated certificate of good conduct.

You may be asked for additional documents depending on your nationality/destination country 

Applicant must be between the age of 18 and 30 years (inclusive)

Applicant must have not participated in the working holiday program for Belgium before

Applicant must have a sufficient knowledge of one of Belgium’s national languages (French, Dutch, German) or English

Applicant must be in country of origin at the time of applying

Applicant must have enough funds for maintenance during the period of initial stay in Belgium

Visa application form, completed and signed and its copy

Copies of valid passport (like the bio page, past visas, etc), with validity for at least a year

Proof that the applicant is exempt from the obligation to hold a work permit, if applicable

Police and character certificate, attesting to the lack of any convictions for crimes or offences under common law

You must have a valid passport/travel document, with more than a year validity

You must have a work contract from a Belgium employer

You must be of good health and character and should be able to provide evidence

Additional requirements may be present and will be guided to you by your employer
