Labor visa is issued to foreigners and stateless persons who intend to carry out paid labor activity in the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Application Process:

  • Step 1: visit the website: http://eapplication.mfa.gov.az
  • Step 2: Register in “Sign up” page.
  • Step 3: Fill out the “Application form”.
  • Step 4: Submit the application form.
  • Step 5: Print the completed application form received by e-mail.

5 Eligibility Requirements

  • You need an original passport valid for no less than three months after the date of your planned departure from Azerbaijan
  • You must pay Visa Fee
  • You need an invitation from a receiving party which should be sent through Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan
  • You might need proof of flight itenary
  • You might need proof of accommodation
