Which documents do I need to apply for the Schengen visa type C?

8 Document Required

  • Completed and signed visa application form (one for each person listed in your travel documents)
  • Passport (with two empty pages) must be valid for 3 months after the date you plan to leave the Schengen Area
  • Two recent photographs
  • Travel medication insurance(Minimum coverage of 30,000 Euros )
  • Supporting documents which proves the purpose of travel that have planned for accommodation and intentions to return to your country of residence at the end of tour
  • Proof of financial resources
  • A cover letter stating the purpose of visit to Austria and itinerary
  • Invitation letter from the Austrian company you will be visiting and their detailed address accompanied with the dates of your visit
